One night as we were getting ready for bed the girls got on their pj's and then started playing. Next thing I knew they were pretending to sleep on the couch. Clay thought it was cute and asked them if they wanted to sleep there all night. So after a mad dash for pillows and blankets it was bed time. I left to go scrap booking and Clay was in charge. Turned out to be really easy to get them to go to sleep (they knew they would be sent to there beds if there was to much giggling). Seems like every time I come home late from scrap booking the girls got to do something new and fun. (camping in living room "tent and all" - sleeping on couches - forts in living room - and dont for get the theater seating made at the appt.)
Aspen did pretty good on the couch till about 4am. I think she just forgot where she was. She wanted to go back to her bed, so she spent the rest of the night in her room. I was surprised that she didn't fall off the couch in the middle of the night.
Emma loved it and wanted to do it again the next night, and the next, and the next.
